REI SoHo

A 39,000 square foot, three level, open store flagship remodel within the historic Puck building in SoHo, New York City. The project required intense overnight work to maintain REI‘s merchandise schedule and uninterrupted full store daily operations.

Many fixtures required customization to match the store‘s existing finishes and to fit the unique quirks of the historic building‘s layout.

TC Millwork also received and consolidated shipments from other vendors.

This REI SoHo Flagship remodel was completed during a week of unprecedented back to back blizzards in the North East. Although power outages and travel advisories crunched an already tight timeline leading up to the install week and road closures affected travel and delivery times during the install, the project was completed on time and within budget.
